A really nice money day again yesterday so let's see if we can ring the registers again today:

Injuries smingeries.....Bucky Badge has the longest home winning streak in the nation and a super solid team. MSU has shown they can lay road eggs with the best of them. Even as substan favs. Alando Tucker IS day to day and the whipping that MSU have NW last game was because NW had 19 TURNOVERS! MSU hasn't played in over a week so the rust will be there especially on the road! (Just hope it doesn't come down to some goofy white guy with peroxided stacked ho to make a free throw to win it for Cover Boy! !

GO VIKES! (took em +8.5 at kickoff and the money line at +380 for a small play.....THAT SHOULD buy some meat and cheese blobs on a hot dog bun that Filly's eat) GOOD LUCK TO ALL!

Opinion: not a play but for those playing Xavier this is a strange line. I looked at it and if I had to play it I would take Fordham plus the points and a small play on the money line +205. Xavier gives up points to the tune of almost 80 on the road. Rams can score at home. I would be leary! JMHO! GV

So far a really good bucko day again. Hope everyone got the "opinion" plays (especially the money line) winner on Fordham!

Here is a play I normally jump all over taking the previous #12 ranked team (and now unranked team) in NCST AT HOME getting points. HOWEVER.....with Hodge coming back off an injuriy and GTECH coming off an embarrassing loss.......the one thing that sways this pick is:

"N.C. State also is without a starting guard as junior Tony Bethel is recovering from the flu and colitis. The Wolfpack are allowing their opponents to shoot just over 50 percent on their skid."

This is a monster mismatch on paper. Going against the system plays that plus point players thrive on:

"say he is available" but you know what that usually means! They will probably rest him one more game especially on the road and start him at home. But that is my opinion and don't be surprised if they need some points that he would in fact "be available". I am making the play as if he is not playing anyway.


I just think with all the problems NCST has right now....including poor free throw shooting....that they are in really bad spot right now. They should be money to play on in a week or two.

okay-just wondering if you knew that-i agree with you except i see a team (nc st) who just got embarassed at duke-lost 4 games in a row-but they are 35-7 last 42 home games and 8-2 last 10 at home-gl either way

I always

put little faith in anything that occured that far back unless the teams have essentially the same players. Right now GT does have that but NCST only has Hodge.

The kid to watch if you have a play on NCST today is Entimov or Issac Asimov or however you spell it! He can light it up from 3 point range but GT has tons of guns available as well!

Rather interesting this line has been bouncing around all over between 8 and 7. Hate playing a home fav at the mid spread coming off a big win over Pepper but the fact is Loy Mary is not a good road team. If you believe the numbers the game should end up are a 75-63 to 72-61 type finish. But you really can't dispute the recent ATS games for the two teams. Even the O/U favors Portland here.

Loyola Marymount are 2-4-0 ATS in their last 6 games
Loyola Marymount are 3-7-0 ATS in their last 10 away games
Loyola Marymount are 1-4-0 OU in their last 5 games
Portland
Portland are 4-2-0 OU in their last 6 games
Portland are 13-5-0 ATS in their last 18 games
Portland are 8-1-0 ATS in their last 9 home games.

I originally have them in a 4 team parlay with SEA WISC PHI but it looks as if they should easily cover the game spread itself as well.

if anyone cares about the Duke/Virg game:

*OVER 151 (Smaller play)I have it at around 156 as is but Coach Gilliagan get the Skipper back in the lineup tonight with their leading scorer.

This could get to the 160's and would not surprise me to see Duke win by 20+ as Gilligan has a horrible team this year but Duke rarely ****** these big home fav spreads. This might be one of them though.
