I have known this guy for a few years, and yes a FRAUD!!!

He does not keep records because he loses every single year. He does not get monitored because he knows it will kill his buisness. He lies about having "inside ties" LMFAO with the Florida teams. If you do not think that is Fraud then gl to you.

Factsman is probably a fraud when it comes to having inside info. on Fla teams and being great friends with Jimmy "The Greek", as he web site proclaims. BUT I have been following him on a forum that its own "Factsman Corner" and to his credit, he seems to be doing really well. You can check out his past record on his site and he does admit it when he loses. He does tout, he probably lies, and I can barely understand half of his posts because of misspellings, punctuation, etc., but the fact of the matter is that the guy seems to win a good % of his games. And he certainly has a strong following. No, I'm no follower of his and feel that paying $600 monthly for anyone's picks is ridiculous but I think the guy does deserve some credit. He's had some success. At least, lately he has. I don't know his past.....

To people who like to fade check this out. My sisters boyfriend books and he had 46 people on Duke and ZERO on NC State. Vegas takes care of everyone including the public faders so they take everyones money in the end.

So does that mean all books were heavy on Duke??? Most of those players may have been just trying to middle .. what was his line?? You can never go by just one book ... That is why i use 3 locals ... Good Luck weis

Yes he is banned in most forums for touting and lieing. He hides when he loses and when he winns he makes 50 posts how great he is. He is one of the best scammers out there. easy to fall for his bullshit. He also has his groupies that post up for him to make the guy look great. The best is when he posted he put 10K on the Yankees to win the series. They were up 3-0 and he was all fired up saying I told everyone this was money in the bank and BAM!!! LOSER. The best part is he bet the Yanks every game after they were up 3-0. That forum he is at use to be the best until that Fraud was let in.
