LAKERS -3 over Cavs
Lakers coming off pitiful 5-29 performance from 3 point range and a 37% night from the field last night in Denver. That finished a 4th road game in last 5 and to make matters worst it was played in thin air of Denver. Some small line value coming off bad game. Coming back home where they are much better ATS at home (10-7) then they are on the road (6-9). This is start of west coast trip for Cavs that will see them play 3 games in the next 4 days. If game is out of hand in 4th could see more bench players then normal to rest up for trip. Lakers have big advantage from behind the arc and this could be huge difference. I like the fact they shot 17% last night look for turnaround. Easily could make 10 3's tonight and Cavs sometimes lucky to shoot 9 and Cavs wont be able to make up difference at line as Lakers get there early and often. Like the spot for Lakers coming back home, Kobe looking to light up on TNT. Pick looks too easy.. LAKERS ARE THE PICK.
JAZZ +8.5 vs KINGS
Sac Kings a bit banged up.. Bibby and Webber are hurting, depth has been hurt by loss of Bobby Jackson. Have lost 2 of last 4 games. When watching Sac its as if they play down to competion recently and as of late Jazz have been playing up to competition with wins over Spurs and Suns. Back to backfor Jazz after shootout w/ Suns is only thing that scares me. On top of injuries to Bibby and Webber look for Mobley to be worked into game and that isnt always a smooth transition to start, plus Kings have to get used to being w/out best defender Christie. Look for a rusty King team and a hurting team, Jazz are hot and playing w/ alot of confidence. JAZZ ARE THE PICK.
