    NFL Teasers (55-44) +6.30 Units
    --------------------------------

No need to wait or hesitate. I knew this was being posted 3 days ago so here it is. My NFL "Teaser of the Year".

Only 16 of these previously in over 13,000 posts. I take them seriously and i know there is no such thing in gambling as a "Lock" so be careful and only wager what you can afford to lose. Some people are afraid of Teasers and some are not. I felt confident enough to put out a WNBA GOY a few months back that won and i'm not going to be shy about this one either. Play at your own risk and shop the lines, there are alot of different ones out there and right now at post time wagerstreet has some good ones.

    -----------------------------------------
NFL "Teaser of the Year" (15 UNITS)
    -----------------------------------------

    "7 PT." = Indy (+9) - Phil. (-1.5) -120

I'm the biggest N.E. backer here but without Law and Poole i don't see it happening for them. Reggie Wayne is not the same player as last year and neither is Stokely or Clark. This team and Peyton Manning have been trying to get past this team for awhile now and i believe the time is now. Peyton is a year smarter and it has shown in his numbers. He will be prepared for the defensive schemes this time and with so many people playing out of place on defense it will be a major problem. I think the Indy defense is much more prepared than last year as well. N.E. is on a great run but i think Indy could jump out early and often. The bonus of getting 9 points just makes me feel like this is a wager you simply can't pass up.

Philly has been thrown down and stepped on for the last 3-4 weeks now. This team has not come close to choking in this game the last 3 years and i expect another dominant effort Sunday. Randy Moss will probably start but don't be shocked if the injury kicks in fast with a hard hit in cold weather. I was on Minnesota BIG last week and felt they would beat the Packers but they was mainly because of Brett Favre. He has looked old and worn down for the last month and i thought the Vikings would steal one there. This week will be different against a better blitzing defense. If Moss is not healthy for 4 qtrs. then they might get blown out. Philly is the team with something to prove this week, Minnesota did that last week. The Eagles didn't have Owens last year either AND they didn't have B. Westbrook. He alone will make a big difference and i look for F. Mitchell and or T. Pinkston to also have big games. Everyone on Philly has something personal to prove here, the WR's, Westbrook (after missing last year), Mcnabb (Without Owens) and others on defense like Kearse (Who wants that ring) and Douglas, Trotter, and the secondary. I believe Philly comes focused and moves on.

I've stated before my "Touchdown" plays (6 Units) are usually $200 and "Field Goals" (3 Units) are usually $100. Can you figure it out now?

Yup. They have had 3 good weeks of practice knowing Owens is gone and i think Pinkston will take a concussion before he lets another one go over the middle. Freddie Mitchell has shown in all the interviews i've seen that he wants the ball and the chance to be the man badly. If Westbrook runs well and breaks out a few good screen passes along with some short throws to the TE's it will open up the outside for the deep ball and you might catch Minnesota sleeping if that happens. They will keep alot in the box to spy Mcnabb too while probably just playing man coverage. These WR's won't get much attention from the defense until they have Mcnabb, Westbrook and the TE's covered.

Good luck, I couldn't agree more. I already took ml with Pgh, At, and Phil. When I win, I'm doubling up on Indy and Phil tease.

Looks like a winner to me. Good Luck. I think both those teams cover on their own but never a bad bet to be safe with a teaser

                            Wayne,

This is a very inspired play. I think there is virtually no chance the Vikings can win this game. But a money line on the Eagles is prohibitive. By tieing in the Eagles at almost a pick'em line with a strong value play like the Colts, you've come up with a way to play a Vikings loss at reasonable money. For what it's worth, I just played it at +9 1/2 for the Colts (along with the -1 1/2 for Philly) and if anybody can still find a +3 out there for Indy it would make the teaser a steal.

Bodog still has Indianapolis at +3
The 1927 Yankees weren't the best team ever. What everyone fails to realize is that the year before, with the exact same team, they lost to the Cardinals in the World Series.
