Just a quick note into a reply about being threatened for giving out someones plays. For any service to give out plays using the phone system it must be "for news matter only and not intended to violate any state or federal laws". Now that it is news matter it may be shared without any risk of law suits or any financial loss. If they claim to have rights ot their picks or their information and distribute the information using the phone system and it is across state lines they are inviolation of federal gambling laws and would risk being prosecuted for those violations.
