My take on all of this is that if a handicapping service was any good, then they wouldn't worry about someone giving away their plays. They would be making money off of their own plays, as well as, making money off of selling their service to those that do pay...just my opinion...

Yeah-try to sue over an activity like sports gambling which is ILLEGAL in every state except Nevada.
Any judge would laugh over and throw out a law suit involving a sports service which tried to sue someone regarding posting their picks, which are just the names of teams, and say that the suit is meaningless because the activity itself(gambling) is illegal.
Its a scare tactic and thats it.

You know what-if a judge allowed a case like this to be tried, the next thing would be for a bettor to sue a service for lying about its record or giving out bad picks;something tells me the courts don't want to bother with this shit one way or the other.

last night he had his Conf GOY on wis. as to true sebastian form mike wilkerson comes to the line with 3.5 on the clock, up by 6 with the line at 6.5 or 7, and because sebastian is on the badgers wilkerson misses both throws even though he was 8-8 from the field in the 2nd half.

the worse they could and would do is not give out their plays to me, which i'm paid through the nba champ. Of course, if they have a losing year, it would save me money over the year.

Let them try that without issuing a refund. Leaves them wide open for a lawsuit.

you are right on the money with this asshole.....he comes up with a new gimmick all the time!!!! last year his biggest play was a 20 star....now he went to having 100 stars...yet when they lose he counts them as 20 stars against the bankroll.....according to his math his 200 star match he wants you to bet 10 times your normal wager......that is reckless......but he is desperate...been losing so much...if he hits this and he is down 120 units for the week he will advertise up 80 units for the week...i have heard it all from this clown.....inside info, friend who bets 100 grand per game, he says he bets all these games more than his players and blah blah blah....you are right he is a fade!!!
