Last night my account rep. from ATS gave me a call and threatened to sue me for posting their plays. Apparently they had been marketing someone who visits this website and that person said why should i buy your picks they are posted for free on bettorschat.com. How they pinpointed me i'm not sure, maybe they looked at my profile, been monitoring what i've been saying, who knows. Bottom line is i'm not going to take a chance of being sued, i don't know the legality of it all. I will continue to visit the website and contribute when i can.

that is the 2nd biggest scam next to their picks. a service HAS NO LEGAL right to sue someone for posting their picks. they do not have a trademark on those picks and once they are in your hands you can do whatever you want with them.

If this was illegal than all these services would shut down every consensus service out there. they can't shut them down so they threaten the common bettors thinking that the scare tactic will stop them. in reality they dont have anything to stand on and use the word "SUE" to put people on edge.

They can sue you. In America, anyone can sue anyone for anything, you guys know that. But they don't want to go to all of the legal expense to do that. They're just trying to scare you. The best thing you can say if one of these clowns says "I'll sue you" is to tell them "I'll be ready when you do", or " Bring it on, big boy , I'm an attorney and I'll be waiting".

Last year I was using Sports Gambling Hotline & Sean Michaels, and they were kicking ass last year in baskets... They found out I was posting them at another site,,, They sent me an email about sueing me and all that bs... and like you I was paid up thru end of baskets... So, I continued to post them without mentioning who's plays they were,,, everyone knew since I had posted them everyday... I didn't even put the ratings on them ... Just listed the plays... You might want to try that... Everyone here knows whose plays you post... Just a thought
