Have you ever?

I can't win a game I play the guys on here and I pick the one or two losing games of their plays. I buy services picks and play them and lose. And then last night I bought a service play didn't like the play so I faded it and played the other way of course it won. I can't win! In my 10 years of gambling I have never been in such a slump! I seriously am like 0-18 my last 18 plays. So I just wanted to know has anyone ever been in such a slump?

IMO the hugest flaw with this site access to too many cappers and selections. That's why I ALWAYS post. Pick one or two cappers. Play their picks everyday for a few weeks.

There's lots a great capper at this site. Last year. I cherry picked. I got killed. Then I started playing EZ and EZ only. He made me lots of money.

From someone who has had a similar streak in the past you either need to take a break or reduce the games you are playing per night. Hope you get on a winning streak

Ilgaunt, the fact you are still betting is a good sign. Believe me most people would have quit or be bankrupt by now. Slumps happen to every one who gambles, sometimes big slumps. It is inevitable. There are a couple of things you can do. First is stick with the same system or capper who you know or trust for a period of time. If they are pretty good they will turn it around. By jumping around you lose that consistency and confidence and it doesn't help. Also you can limit your plays and/or reduce the amount of your bets until you get out of your slump. That is a start and I have to get back to capping. I know how tough this is and try to help people. If you want to give me your email I would be glad to help further, no problem. Vinny...

I don't think I've ever went 0-18 but i've been slumping for some time now. Best thing to do is either follow someone on the site and follow all of the plays. Or find a service that's no good and fade them. The other option is sit back and paper trade. In other words make selections for a while, but don't put money on them.

My only opinion for you is don't use service plays. I like this cappers...

and *********** Icebox are very good with NBA.. If you followed those two you will be up at least 50units....

college basketball: I think cappers here are done very well..

Soccer: I don't know... asianbookie. ballingo he is great...

Check those out and you will be glad you ok...

dude take a break. Pay your man. Regroup. Lower you units for a few days or so. don't try to get it all back in one swing. and don't bet out of your regular element trying to force more plays in because the weeking is running out. You'll end up off tilt soon enough.

And until you get on your feet again. stay away from parlays and teases.

If you look at the lines today (by yourself) and a game doens't jump out and squeeze your nuts, then don't play at all.

I like this thread, and feel like you! EZ has some good picks, I tried to cherry pick and got killed!! I don't understand how its easier to go 0-18 than it is to go 18-0, but it is!! Why did you buy service plays? hope your kicking yourself for that!! Gambling takes alot of confidence, its not as simple as a coin toss!! I am a SMALL player and like last saturday some people had over 20 games!! You must stand strong, go with your gut and not with the media, services, or trends!! Oh and if you want to start strong, IOWA STATE on Wednesday, 1/12!!

i hate to see anyone going through a slump like that. i've had some bad slumps that have stretched through a whole week, but i would get a winner here or there.

do what BC said. just stick with one person and if they are good, tail them. cherry picking can get you killed just like everyone else said. paper picking seems like a good idea, i just wouldn't ever be able to do it. i would always be thinking, the one day I take off and just write my plays down, i'll go 6-0 and miss out on making some $$ back.

Also, don't try and get it all back at once. $300 - $400 a day will make it up in no time.

wow, sorry to hear that ..obviously losing 18 straight is more pure bad luck then anything else.. i think if i went thru that i would be at the track 7 days wk. instead of 3... all kidding aside losing that kind of money isn't fun.. the first thing you have to realize is your not going to win 18 in a row and get it all back just like that... i would review all those losers to se if you can find a trend, playing to many parlays, dogs, favs, totals etc.. i would suggest finding a few angles on your own that you like, and as far as wagering on the games that's huge dont't get sucked into the big team parlays(mostly offshore players) to try to get it back real fast.. i like playing 2 teamers when i get in a hole .. as far as the touts go there are some good ones out there do some research find the ones that are strong in there particular sport(nba,nfl,mlb,coll. buckets..etc.)..this forum gives you great oppurtunity to research who's hot and who's is not..the bottom line is that's a horrible run that can't last ... GL , and hang in there....

Frankb03 has said it right again. You just have to find the capper you want to follow. Ya can not do them all and it is no disrespect to any of them. Cherry picking is death. Doing all of them is to many plays so your bankroll better be huge. You gotta stick to the plays weather you like them or not. There the capper and if you were then you wouldn't be looking. This by no means is a cut to you. Zigging and zagging is trouble. Ride the capper or cappers you use and stick with them. Sorry to hear your bad run. Once went 2 and 17 in four days of hoops and I still call it the ST VALENTINES Day massacre. Lost my ass. Hang in there, its never easy. Just use the capper, or cappers you trust the most and have the most faith in. There are as I said some real good ones here. Your choice. GL
