its so fruturating being a cub fan...They're owned by a corp, that will not over spend on anyone..They were only 4-5 million off of what the mets gave him and we didnt get him......As long as people keep packing Wrigley with a mediocre team why would the ownership pay a salary that big? it would be taking money out of their own pockets....Lets face it Cubdom they will never win as long as they're owned by the tribune,...
