10* UNC (-11) vs Maryland---->maryland's style plays right into UNC's hands .......i would not be suprised to see UNC near the 100 point mark.......marylans is a good team, will get better, but UNC's recent run is ridiculous as they are probably the best team not playing in the state of illinois

10* Okla. state (-4) at. texas tech--->actually i think we are getting 3-3.5 points of line value here....ok state's only loss was vs. very good gonzaga team who ran them out of their own building, but aside from that, ok state has been flawless..........texas tech is better than i thought but not good enough to beat ok state this early in the conference play

10* Arizona (-8) at Stanford---->stanford may be without its best player today in hernandez...he missed last game with back problems and at best, will still not be 100% here.........zona is playing awesome basketball, as well as anyone lately, and stanford has been horrible.........tough to give 8 on road against conference rival but i am starting to think it was nevada that was really good last year and this coach johnson was lucky to be there.......welcome to the pac 10 trent

10* Illinois (-14.5) at Purdue--->illinois may be due for a bad game but not against the worst purdue team in a decade........illinois plays hard every night and even a poor performance should cover here

10* Providence (+5.5) at BC---->undefeated BC is still better than most think, but coming off biggest win of the year.......this one should be really really close

10* Charlotte (-14.5) vs ECU --->charlotte should blow out weak ECU team at home

10* UTEP (-15.5) vs tulsa-----> i hate following up big blowout wins like UTEP had last time out with another big win, but terrible tulsa off 1 point loss and now travels to UTEP, who is still a bit underrated and scores a lot

10* Pacific (-4) at UC Irv--->of course i have to take them

10* LaSalle (-3) at St. Bon--->it does not matter who is playing st. bon, if the line is 3, you have to take them, end of story

10* Austin Peay (-9) vs. E. Illinois--->how can a 2-9 team be favored by 9? AP had brutal pre-conf schedule, and coming off win, should win again by 10+
