  • Why the line move on Louisville-Boise???

I'm wondering if anyone has read anything that would explain all the action on Boise State in Friday's game with Louisville. The line was Louiville -14 a week ago and -12 1/2 yesterday. I'm now seeing -11! Other than the distraction of Louisville's coach being wooed for the LSU job, I don't see any other news. If anybody has read anything else, I'd appreciate it as I was planning a big play on Louisville in this game.

The Coach is talking about the L.S.U job!

The head coach here in Louisville who just signed a new contract extention about 10 days ago admitted to talking to L.S.U about 5 days ago in Nashville and at a press conference a few days ago he didn't say no to them and would talk about after the bowl game. We in Louisville remember 2 years ago in their bowl game when rumors about John L. Smith going to Michigan State was being talked about in the second half of that game it affected the players and they lost. We think it may have an affect on this game and that maybe the reason the line is dropping. On the radio sport shows here that's all the fans are talking about and most of the fans want him to go because after last year
so-call talks with Auburn for the coaching job before they even would fire their coach, most of fans just are not trusting him now.
So if anyone is thinking about taking Louisville in their bowl game tomorrow PLEASE keep this in mind because we fans don't know whats going to happen or how the players will respond.

I haven't read anything but I have seen that the line opened as low as 9' and 10 in some places. I think this may just be "value seekers" coupled with over reactions because of the the coaching mess.

I still believe the early money was the smart money and hope it continues to drop. I like Louie also.

I love this news. I will load up biggest play of year on Louisville. They will beat the shit out of defense-less Boise away from their shit-blue field. Then Boise opens the 2005 season in Athens, Georgia, where they will get physically DOMINATED again! What frauds!!
