Bowl YTD 4-3
1* Minnesota +2 1/2 (Music City Bowl Dec. 31)
Game posted now because line is moving aggressively toward Minnesota. (Might be a pick 'em by game time) Some are beginning to notice the Big Ten was a lot tougher than people think this year. Minnesota is a quality team that got lost in the league shuffle with a brutal schedule and lost its last three games. But, Alabama isn't a good team. They were respectable in a loss to Auburn and on the road to Tennessee but it's a sad statement when your BEST games are LOSSES. But here's my biggest key: Minnesota's strength is a great running game. In their losses this year, they fell behind and had to abandon the run. Alabama doesn't score enough to ever be ahead by that much. If Minnesota can stick to its ground game, it'll win.
Posting two other plays now because of line movement. I'll do a write-up closer to game day.
3* (that's a huge play for me) Virginia Tech +7
3* (again, a big play) Oklahoma +3 1/2 (-130)
