GMAC Bowl BG/Memphis OVER or UNDER??

I don't follow NCAA football as much as I do pro sports, what do you guys think about the over/under 66.5 tonight as it is supposed to be raining and possibility of thunder storms tonight. I was leaning towards the over at first, but now I'm not sure what to do. How do these two teams matchup in these conditions..? Does anyone know how bad the conditions will be?
