NorthCoast Overnight Play is Seattle in NFL this weekend.
Phil surprised me a little this morning on the tape;he mentioned the good news is that he went 2-1 yesterday but that the bad news is that he lost the big one. He did as expected talk about his overall record over the years as these plays.
What I liked is that he didn't come on with the usually overly sad and somber voice as he usually does after a big loss;I always felt that was to draw sympathy.
On the other hand, no mention was made of why Denver was chosen in the first place as the GOY especially in view of KC's great record against them over the years in their own stadium.
I do think in the future he should refrain from that nonsense of accenting that his GOY is the one and only GOY unlike the other services who give many;as stated yesterday, he looks like a fool when he brags about above only to see his so-called exclusive and select GOY go up in flames as we saw yesterday.

Sebastian's comp. today is Bill and Mary.
Nuttin from Daaa Manager yet but his spin: He came up Sunday night and said/repeated exactly 7 times that he won money although he lost his GOY on Denver, meaning he did ok with his other plays.
Food for thought-does anyone think that if he won his GOY but did poorly on his other plays, he would be saying that he lost money on the day, although he won his GOY? I don't think so!
ps There was no mention of the horrible day he had on Saturday either.

Thanks to all the posters yesterday, helped me have a winning day and get my bankroll to a decent level again. Especially the Executive picks, their 400+ are solid! They seem like one of the best and most honest handicappers around. And now a quick request...

OC Dooley is almost always posted just want to ask politely for it for tonight's MNF game. He's advertising a 22-4 ATS situation for MNF tonight and as usual OCD's totals are doing well, 9-3 L12. Looking for his picks tonight!

TONIGHT'S FREE PICK (Washington Wizards -2'):

Tonight's FREE Pick sides with one of the NBA's most surprising teams from the Eastern Conference. Led by Gilbert Arenas and newly acquired Antawn Jamison, the Wizards are off to a fine 13-9 overall start. The big news is that Washington has COVERED at an 8-3 clip on the ROAD, which is where they are tonight at Golden State. The struggling Warriors have had problems adjusting to new head coach Mike Montgomery, who ran a hugely successfull college program at Stanford for years. The adjustment to the NBA for Montgomery has been a bit rough. Golden State checks into tonight's contest on an 0-3 SU/ATS slide, with one of those setbacks coming against a wretched New Orleans squad who had ONE win at the time! The visiting Wizards are in the middle of a rather demanding 5-game road trip which opened with a stunning outright triumph at the Lakers, and continued against the sizzling hot Phoenix Suns in what turned out to be a 14 point defeat. Tonight is really the only "break" that Washington gets on this road swing as they travel to Sacramento and Minnesota next. Very often I dig up solid SYSTEM moves during intense database research. This particular contest falls under a 43-17 SYSTEM that is 71% effective since 1996! The system is completed if that home puppy is "tired" playing their 5th game in a 7 day stretch! Washington just happens to be 5-1 ATS for the season so far when coming off consecutive games as an underdog.
