That's not necessarily correct. I have 3 online books. 2 of them call it a refund if there's a push in a two team tease. The other (carib), calls it a win if the other team ****** or a loss if the other team doesn't.

All the local guys I have used in the past called a push within a teaser a loss.

Actually, it is a PUSH. I won the one side and pushed on the other. My book counts it as a push, and so does my local.
