I fixed my clock but i did notice that the views don't go up on threads when you look at them. I tried viewing a few threads and then refreshed but it still had the same amount of views.

It's on the left side for me under Module Jump. Click on Top. I have the most viewed thread too by almost a 2-1 margin........ and it's not about gambling!
