Need a little help

I need your help with this... I am going crazy....

On this web page ya have to find the three differences in the two pictures.

I only found two and it's driving me crazy! You have to turn the volumn up because it helps you with the pictures.

If ya find all three please tell me what they were! Make sure you don't read the replys already posted here since that's cheating.
