Had a good night last night hitting both games
I guess that blind squirrel expression would be appropriate
Now 5-7-1 on posted plays
It may be STUPID, in fact it is and it is a violation of any handicapping rulebook ever written (asking a bad team to do good things) but tonite I will take a shot on the
(0-6) Sienna Saints +13 against Manhattan
(I anticipate the line to go even a bit higher by game time)
It looks like death when you see that the jaspers won both games last year by 17 and 22 and have already lost a conference game this year vs. Fairfield in o.t., but I feel Manhattan may come out a bit flat and possibly a bit over confident. The jaspers lost to a NC State last time out. They were able to keep it close until the second half when the cream rose to the top and the Wolf pack ran away with it.
Sienna comes into the game following a close loss to Winthrop. The Winthrop Eagles are not a push over. They are 6-2 and have recorded wins @ Providence, vs. Weber State and gave an ass whooping to Austin Peay. Sienna believe it or not is a bit better then they were last year, not much but maybe a bit.
I don't believe Manhattan is the MAAC power they were last year and eventhough they will win this game, the pesky Saints will not go away and lose by a smaller margin then 13. ( I HOPE )
