-- NC-Greensboro beat up on three cupcakes, then lost at Duke by 52. Eustachy has very soft non-league schedule until he faces LSU in two weeks; he is 3-1 so far, with Southern Misssissippi.

-- Virginia showed onions in winning grinder game at Northwestern 48-44; they're 5-0, with all their other wins by 17+ points. Auburn is surprising 5-0, with a win at Temple.

-- Talented but erratic Memphis is 3-2, losing last two games by 15,23 points; they visit 1-3 Purdue team that is overscheduled, with Oklahoma on deck in Keady's last season- they have three starters back from 17-14 team. Tigers have four starters back from 22-8 unit.

-- Home team lost three of last four Marist-Rider tilts, with teams splitting last two played at this site. Marist lost three of last four games and is 0-2 on road, losing by 20 at Vermont, 27 at Holy Cross. Rider won its two home games by 5,17 points.
