I have had lots of people join me, and they are very satisfied. It generally works in one of three ways:

Sponsors get a percentage of the opening deposit on new accounts and no further percentages,

OR a Sportsbook will design and build a website for a sponsor at no charge (MVP SportsBook does this),

Sponsors will get a percentage of losses, but only the most disreputable of Handicappers would do this. I am sure there are quite a few that do.
