            I know-what we need are new and updated patent laws to address this issue.
            When one handicapper gives out a pick, he applies for and gets an immediate patent from the patent office, which in effect forbids any other capper from giving out the same side.
            Keep up the good work guys.
            ps If patent laws don't seem appropriate, then perhaps as in college the capper who "steals" the pick from another capper can somehow give a "footnote" to the latter.:D
