I have now posted twice a service play and both times had an e-mail tellinfg me that legal action would be takien if I posted here again. What legal acttion? Legal right in a pick?

Which service has contacted you?

As snyking has pointed out there isn't much that they can do as long as you don't copy and paste an actual write up.

Services cannot

1. Copyright NFL or Collegiate team names
2. Copyright opinions

I would love to see any of them provide a letter from the US Copyright Offices where it states that they have the rights to use NFL or Collegiate team names under the Federal Copyright Acts.
