Not only do I get hosed on the Oklahoma game because Stoops was too selfish to take a knee, did anyone see the end of the Clippers/Bulls game? I'm sitting there with the Clippers -2' on a pretty large wager to bail me out of football, with 9 seconds left, they're up 7 (after missing a FT a few seconds earlier). Deng hits a 3 for Chicago to cut it to 4, Bulls foul Rick Brunson (not sure why they don't get the ball to Maggette), who hits one of two, to make it a 5 point game with 5 seconds left. Bulls call timeout, throw it in, and Eddy Curry gets a dunk with 3 seconds left, cuts the lead to 3. Clips throw in again to Brunson who gets fouled, with 1 second left, I'm thinking I've got it in the bag. He misses the first, makes the second, pushing the lead to 4, only to have the Bulls throw in and at the buzzer, Hinrich drains a 3 from inside half court to make the final 97-96. Unfucking believable, especially after watching the Pacers blow it in the final seconds last night.

Sat. the 13th. I can't remember a day that there were more fluke plays in a long time. I put all my night and day card plays in at once for the first time in years. The day sucked, so I am feeling like a degenerate 9 team parlay for the night since the baskets were good this week and I am still up a good chunk. I am surfing the Mercedes site to pick out a new car with my miracle parlay money and wouldn't you know it, the Idaho qb throws an int with 50 secs left. Here is the good part, the N Tex guys is running for a td, fumbles the ball and his own guy picks it up and still scores. I can't wait to see what happens today.
