please tell me the what a IF BET is??

If bets are used if you only have say for example 110 dollars and their are 2 or more games that you like... heres how it works... say you have a really strong game that you like that starts later in the day (A), and you have a game that starts now(B), you feel most secure about the later game but want to get in on this game as well, well you take your 110 bucks and put it on Team A and IF team Team A wins, then you can take up to your original wager amount and put it on the game(B) that is going to start. And if there is a 3rd game (C) you can put $$ on that if A and B both win... does that clear it up??
you can use an if bet on 2 simultaneous games starting at once also if you feel stronger about one than the other if a wins then put my winnings on B... -
