After a few week hiatus, I'm back. I've struggled mightily the last few weeks, especially in the NFL. Of course, this week I did well in pros, but got my ass handed to me on Saturday....UGH!
With basketball more of my specialty, let's get started with NBA opening night:

Dallas -4 Doug Christie is not quite 100%, and a much younger Mavs team should be able to run against a Kings team that is not as deep as in the past. Look for the Mavs to pull away late.

Mavs/Kings OVER 206. Again, with the young guys Dallas has, Devin Harris, Josh Howard, Marquis Daniels, they will be looking to get out and run. Yet they still don't play much defense, giving up over 96 ppg in the preseason (which included giving up only 74 against NY). In their last preseason game against Sac, the starters played the majority of the first 3 quarters and scored 87 points (giving up 76 without Webber playing). I see the Mavs winning this one somewhere in the area of 114-106.
