if i am correct in your thinking, you are saying fading these trends should be the correct move.

What makes these different than the last time they applied? (ie the 19th lowest sf total-it would have been a loser since you got to 20) What makes you think it couldn't get to 21?

    just curious

You are correct, my belief is fading these trends.
What I try to point out is the lines makers are trying to steer you in a direction, it's up to you what direction you choose.

              NO PLAY

After further review, NO opinion on the total in the Bears game tonight.
Sorry, but I've done more homework.

                Lets look at this

Bears last 3 on prime time TV have gone like this,

Bears 9/14/03 No cover and under
Bears 9/29/03 No cover and over
Bears 12/9/02 No cover and under

Last 3 bears have played on prime time TV have failed to cover the number.

FWIW......Krenzel is the X factor as no one knows what he is capable of in this offense IF they use T. Jones the way they should to help him out. However the O.C. of the Bears flat stated he is at fault for the low point output offensively for the Bears by predictably running on first down most of the time. Tonight he promised he will be changing that up.

Now given the fact that the Niners have not held a team under 22 points in ANY game yet this year means EVEN the Bears should be able to put up 14 to 20 points given the lowly Cardinals even got 28 with no wide receivers healthy.

Erlacher will play but with two blown ham strings.....Bears also beat SF in PRESEASON 20-13 which of course means virtually nothing at this time but may influence J.P.'s total outlook for the total.

Bear defense has only given up 20,19,13 to Det, Phil & Wash at home so hard to believe the Niners will explode tonight.

For some odd reason I think the Niners pull off a rare road win and with the total at 35 1/2 most should be on the under but this smacks of rare 20-16 type "thriller"!

If I were a betting man I might look at SF and/or the OVER.

But may wait for a possible half time play which should have Repunsel or Kris Kringle or whatever that Bear QB's name is effectiveness shaken out by then.

FWIW! JMHO! Best of Luck to you! Goldv

GoldVike - LOL, Kris Kringle might be an upgrade for Krenzel or any of the other "stiffs" the Bears have at QB. I'll take the Niners.

                          thanks

for asking Homer. Been real busy with my Mom's stuff and travel but didn't stop me from making a final killing in MLB! How bout the dead curse?! Been doing very well in CFB and play an occasional NFixedL game here and there such as the over today in the KC game. When they hand you a gold brick on a silver platter you don't ask why it is not larger! You just take it!!

Look for a real nice 70+ pointer next Monday night as well with the embarrassed Vikes going to an equally embarrassed Indy! First to scrore their 7th TD wins it!

BEST OF LUCK TO YOU BUD! Gv
