any thoughts?? OSU vs. PSU

I know a lot of you guys don't like parlays, and I know this O/U is low, but....

PSU vs. OSU

after watching PSU vs. Iowa last week, I don't knwo if I've ever seen a worse team in recent years than PSU. I know OSU isn't the team they have been in the past, but I just don't see how PSU can score against OSU. Also, PSU "D" is pretty good, and like I said OSU isn't the team they use to be. So, I was thinking a good play would be to play

OSU -6.5,
play the under of 33.5 (althoug it is so low is scares me a little)
and parlay them.

My thought here is that a split is almost a "guarantee" (although I use that term losely because we all no there is no true guarantees), and winnning it all has a pretty solid chance. If PSU wins this game, I don't see them winning like 21-17, it would be more like 17-14 or 14-10, giving you the under. If this game goes over it most likely has to be a OSU cover like 28-10....I just don't see PSU scoring much. But in my opinion this is more like a 20-3 or 17-6 OSU win.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Ohio St. rolls tomorrow. I believe in the "don't follow the $$" type of play, but not always. The 4 pts. last week was not a fluke. They really are that bad this year. 27-10 OSU

I generally stay away from games with that much of a line movement. Someone may know something I don't. Some qb may have knocked up a cheerleader. LOL

With that said....
Penn St is

50-25 SU after one or more ATS loses
10-3 SU after a game were they committed 4 or more turnovers
11-1 SU after allowing 100 or less rushing yards in 2 straight games
31-13 SU after allowing 100 or less rushing yards last game, 0-3 SU this year

A lot of these numbers are from when Joe Pa had better talent. Regardless, I'd be wary here. The linesmakers set the original line with all the facts in mind. The public watched last weeks game as well and are driving this line way past the original number set.

After a win by 17 or more, Ohio St is 9-1 SU, but only 2-8 ATS. I wouldn't lay a touchdown with this team in an interconference matchup. Ohio St is a good home fav though while Penn St sucks as a road dog.

i say penn st. wins outright. both defenses are really good and both offenses suck. i just think penn st. is due. 7 points is a lot of points so i am taking psu +7 and on the ml.

You have to have a sak bigger than the world to play on Penn St. --with thier offensive showing last week and this year--I wouldnt play them if they had the 85 Bears Defense

actually that 4 point explosion was a "fluke". They shouldn't even have gotten those! One safety was a snap over the punter head, and the other was taken on purpose by Iowa running out of the endzone. Penn St. had 1st and goal at the 9 yard line, and got no points after taking over at the 9 due to an int. They are just so bad!

Don't let the number scare ya. Points will be at a premium. Penn St. can't score, has a good D, and OSU just doesn't blow anybody out. Both QB's questionable and possible rain in the forecast.
