Dumb Question

Am I only one today seeing the times of the posts stated as one hour fast?
Example -it is now 7:14PM and I have seen posts dated after 8:00 Pm for today.
I am logged in also.
Can someone explain why this is occurring?

ps the time of my post also shows at 8:16- one hour in advance.

Thats funny-on my computer it shows time of post as 8:15, and time at bottom of computer is correct. Help-what do I do?
I don't have a problem (I don't think) at other websites with the time.

Had to set mine to western Europe time to get proper eastern US time, had been wondering why time was 5 hours behind ever since I joined 9 months ago
