Forget games of the week, month, and year. No team has ever lost a series after being up 3-0 in ANY professional sport. So, In theory, the Yankees are the "GOAT" (Game of All Time)..... I will be watching for entertainment only as I am really pulling for the Sox....but that's a significant trend no?

without a doubt. a win tonight would put this years red sox squad in elite company and to do it against the yankees and get the last two in new york well , wow!

Actually, in hockey it's been done twice. The 1942 Toronto Maple Leafs and the 1975 New York Islanders both overcame 3-0 deficits to win their series.

Never been done in major leagues though. Would be an unbelievable accomplishment

In addition, There has never been a game 7 in a MLB series where one team was up 3-0.

That streak was broken yesterday.

no team down 0-3 has ever won or lost a game 7

How about in the history of all sports, 100% of the teams scoring the most runs or points in a game 7 win.
