Chuck-one question:
I am curious as to where you got 6-1 odds for Yankees to just get to the WS? Those are great odds;what were odds of Yankees winning the WS when you made the bet?
The reason I ask is that I have a futures bet on Sox at 6.5 to win the WS made at beginning of season-I said win and not just get there as your bet.
From what you say it would appear to me that if Yanks were 6-1 to just get there where you bet, then Sox would have been probably 8-1 to get there and upwards of 10-1 to actually win it all.
My main point as stated is that I really would like to check out the sportsbook which gave you such generous odds.

My local puts out lines for everything. He's a very good friend and if I want to bet on high school football in a big local game, he'll put out the line. I don't fuck with overseas betting, heard to many horror stories over the years about getting screwed. Bet big money and see if you can collect it.

I'm enjoying the BOSOX kicking NY ass. It's about time.

But they have to win the World Series to satisfy their fans or it don't mean anything.
I think it's their year.
