Oh, how the mighty have fallen. It was not long ago that this contest would have been for the Big 12 North Championship. But while Kansas State is fielding its worst team in 14 years, the Huskers are actually on their way back up. In this matchup, they have the better offense, 5.8 yppl to 4.9 yppl, and the better defense, 4.4 yppl to 5.5 yppl. Most importantly, with K. State QB Meier struggling with an ailing shoulder, the Huskers have a run defense at 67 rypg and 2.2 ypr to stop the only K. State threat, RB Sproles. Take the better team as dog.

Phil Stool/Northcoast's comp pick for today is Florida State.
Length of time taken from beginning of tape to when pick is given out is 5 minutes and 30 seconds, even longer than yesterday.
Its too bad that Phil can't realize that its one thing to say you are doing well;its another to try to talk about everyone of his services/newsletters on the the same tape and go on and on and on about each and everyone of them.
I would bet anything that more people would listen and/or buy his services if he were more succinct(not the folks here at BC who get all of his plays for NOTHING).

This is the best price of the entire season for Schilling, as he has been favored -1.35 or higher in each of his 34 previous starts this season.
