A nice comeback yesterday at 4-2, with a profit of a touch over 7 Units. Also, back over 62% winners for the year.
I will update the record by tomorrow, let's get to today:
4.5* New England -4
4* Vikings/Saints OVER 51.5
3* Jags/Chiefs OVER 44
3* Raiders/Broncos UNDER 42
3* Jets/49ers UNDER 42.5
I am not feeling any value in taking Seattle here. Off a very tough loss they fly across the country to play a very focused Patriot team only laying 4 at home? This may be the lowest number that the Patsies lay all season against a team that still is no great shakes as a traveller. Billy B. usually conjures up a defensive plan for just these types of games and I will be surprised if the Seahawks put more than 17 up here. The Pats have some injuries that concern me, but until someone shows me that they are not the best team in the NFL. I will ride that train.
We are getting close to that time of year that defensive schemes start to mesh and the weather gets worse in the East. I think that some teams will never mesh defensively as well, and will start to show how bad they are, either through attrition in player injuries or offenses picking them apart. With gusty conditions and an improving secondary, I see the J-E-T-S Jets Jets Jets keeping SF in a deathgrip offensively and doing just enough to win. UNDER is the call here...
The Broncos always play tight games at Oakland and the Raider D is much better at home than away. UNDER as well.
For everyone else I played OVER, they have no D or are beginning to show weakness by injury depletion (JAX). Shootouts rule the day.
Good Luck in whatever you decide to play and thanks to Mastermind for the recognition yesterday.
