NWO, I would like to think winning is as easy as you say, but if 80% of the money is, as you say, on West Virginia then why did the books lower the line from 7 to 6.5. This is only going to force MORE money on West Virginia, which is not what the books want if they already have too much money on WV.

you're wrong in this case. if the line opened at 7 and people are dumping on WVU, now WVU's RB is out, which changes the whole game......and people keep dumping on WVU, that's fine with them. Maybe the line should be a pick or -1, but people keep taking it at 7.
