Ten +3 -- 220/200 -- Titans are smarting after an embarrassing performance against the chargers last week. But now we are starting to see that maybe SD doesn't suck as bad as we thought. Lambeau doesn't mean what it used to. The league still orders the officials to make goofy calls in Favre's favor, but they don't help the Pack win anymore. They're that bad. Yes, they CAN lose 3 in a row at home.
