Going a different route this week. I'm playing my picks a lot earlier than I have in prior weeks. The point totals have risen in the past and for some, that has cost me the game. None has been to my favor in points rising. So I will try this method for this week. Will do anything to win, study hard to come up with these teams I play. So again this week, I ask everyone that would like to play their 5 teams against mine, add it to this thread for us to see. Please don't satiate this with unwanted bad mouth. If you don't know what the word satiate means......it means "something thats unpleasant or disusting, ok! I am only looking for those who wish to play a 5 teamer and display it before the games are played! There, does that sound simple enough?
This weeks bet the house on team is "Northwestern" -11
The SU winner in the Northwestern/Indiana game is 20-0 ATS.
Please remember, NOTE: I am 0-3 on my #1 picks even though I try hard to pick the best pick and lay the money on it.
I'm playing the system of "Streaks" here too! When you play "on" streaks you can win many times, but you lose only once. Last year New England had a streak of 9 weeks without an ATS loss and then 5 straight ATS wins. Atlanta lost 7 ATS in a row and the Giants lost EIGHT in a row. Find out who's hot and who's not.
Washington State is 12-3 ATS in PAC home openers since 1989.
Taking Washington State @ -3.5
Illinois is 2-8 SU & ATS the L / 10 meetings vs Michigan State.
Taking Michigan State -7
The dog is 12-2 ATS in the Clemson / Virginia series.
Taking Clemson +17
Who's Hot?
Taking Florida at home again this week. Florida -3.5
Who's playing good enough to win barely?
That would be Southern Cal. The coaching keeps them motivated and ready to play. Being the #1 team in the nation, every team comes in to play to knock them off the top spot. USC playing at home against Cal. is a rematch of last years game in which Cal knocked off #1 USC 34-31 in OT. They were playing at CAL!
This year the coaching staff of USC already has put up the newspaper clippings from last year of that loss in the locker room.
A lot of bragging by Cal players on how superior they were to USC team that ranked #1 at the time. Hard to swallow?
The line has already moved from USC-7 to USC -7.5
I had to give the 7.5
The first 5 picks are my picks, all the teams I took are playing at HOME!
I'll add 2 more picks to this list:
Bowling Green is 1-6 ATS vs C. Michigan S/93
Taking Central Michigan +14
Rutgers is 9-1-1 ATS L/11 games on the road vs non-conference teams. Last weeks Game at Syracuse, Rutgers should have covered the spread. They gave up 2 touchdowns with 1:47 left to go in the game.
Taking Rutgers +6 @ Vanderbilt.
Please, if you want to post your 5 picks against mine please do so. Brag all you want about your picks else-where......thats your business. I will trust the picks and know who's good at playing football parlays after their 5 picks are posted here! Thats a "FACT". For the readers information: I was able to take a consenses of last weeks picks and emerged with 3 teams everyone else was on. 2 out of 3 were good picks. Thank you!~
Neonmikie, it's not "Primetime, it's "Showtime".
GIT-R-DONE
Now thats funny, I don't care who you are.
