Tally Group

I notice that a lot of people ask for the Tallahassee Syndicate plays. I have no affiliation with them, but I have been using their plays during September and last season. Last year's record is posted on their website in the services tab, http://www.tallahassee-syndicate.com and its accurate from what I remember. This year their NFL/NCAA Best Bet plays have been so-so, but heating up of late. The NFL Game of the Week plays are 5-0(one was a preseason play) and they are 0-1 on the Game of the Month. The NCAA Game of the Week plays are 3-2 and the Game of the Month is 0-1. I was wondering if anyone wanted to start a group to receive their plays. If we get 30 people and everyone pays $100 we can receive their plays for rest of the season or if we can get 10 people and everyone pays $100 we can get their plays for a month. In either case, the more people that want to do this, the less it will cost per person.

I subscribe to Pointwise and the Gold Sheet. Pointwise's highest rating is *1. The lower the number the higher the play. This weeks sheet had the Baltimore rated a 2* projecting a score of Baltimore 31 Kansas City 20

The Gold Sheet projected a score of Baltimore 24 Kansas City 17

Here's their write-up,

K.C's defensive woes now spilling over to offense, with production down due to WR woes. But Baltimore (WR T. Taylor, TE Heap both out for a while) not about to be sympathetic. Moreover, Ravens- with huge OL and two eager backups (Chester Taylor & Musa Smith) for Jamal Lewis- ready to pound away at Chiefs front seven. Baltimore 19-8-3 as home favorite under Billick, with opposing players saying Ravens' new stadium might now be the toughest venue to visit in NFL.


Gold Sheet Friday Update,

K.C. still hurting at WR, with Eddie Kennison (hamstring), Dante Hall, (shoulder) and Samie Parker (hamstring) all questionable. Raven starting NT Kelly Gregg (knee; out the last two games) is expected to return, at least to limited duty. Several Baltimore players have said they are quite excited about the team's first apperance on Monday Night Football in two years.

BALTIMORE -5 ov Kansas City
could KC play any worse than it did last week? Lost for us here in this spot, foregoing a FG with less than 2 minutes on 4th down before halftime (led 7-3) backfired as Houston got a FG to trail 7-6 at half. Chiefs then lead 14-6 going for death blow TD from the 2 only to get picked off for 102 yard TD return and tied at 14-14. To top things off KC comes right back to take 21-14 lead again, only to lose later 24-21. HORRIBLE and would have to think at 0-3 that this seasons team has already threw in the towel, and lost an opportunity for playoff action. Ravens defense still a super group of athletes and can only be helped along this week by the Chiefs continuous run of shooting themselves in the foot. Baltimore offense pretty vanilla, but last time at home rocked the Steelers, and that KC defense has already shown on more than one occassion that it can be scored upon pretty easily. MONDAY NITE AFFAIR which rarely ever makes the newsletter edition, but teams already headed in quite opposite directions, so will side with Ravens here, as KC spinning. Ravens tough at home, dating back to last season 8-2 outright, and on 4-1 spread run. KC couldn't stop ground attacks led by Quentin Griffin and DeShaun Foster, so don't think that they will handle Lewis who figures 30 carries tonite and lets face it, KC Hall off to a slow start and that carried KC early a season ago. KC 0-6 off outright favorites loss vs opponents with revenge, while Baltimore is 9-1 ATS in game 4 and 16-4 ATS home vs opponents with losing records, and 3-0 on monday nites since 2001. Ravens also a solid 16-4 ATS vs non division AFC teams, and on 13-0 spread run as home favorites vs non division. KC 6-2 ATS last 8 games with Baltimore, but on 0-5 road spread run. Ravens defense should control this one throughout. By the way our SYSTEM PLAY OF THE WEEK finds that in week 4, play against any winless team as favorite or dog of + or - 7 points, if last weekend they had lost to a previously WINLESS team. (12-3 ATS good for 80%). RAVENS 27-10
