  • Good grief, call the nursing home to come pick up Joe Gibbs

This man looks like he is lost. What a hideous coaching job on that last play of the 1st half. He obviously has lost it. Last week's coaching job as well!

Go back to NASCAR, Joe. This ain't the 1980's.

ya hard to have any confidence that they'll win this game when you've got 1st and goal from the 1 yard line and end up with a field goal. that was pretty sad for skins bettors

If Gibbs would stick to the F'n ground game more, they should do well

it would help if the officials would do their job as well
Don't argue with an idiot; people watching may not be able to tell the difference.

Not to mention he doesn't have anyone on his staff under 80 years of age!

              Shut the fuck up

If either one of those PI calls in the end zone had gone the Redskins way (and both of them should have) the Skins probably win tonight.

I hate you arm chair QBs/Coaches/whatver. Joe Gibbs is a legend who will be beloved by Redskins forever. Who the hell are you to second guess him?

                Spiccoli.....

                Spiccoli....

                You are absolutely correct!!
Old Man Joe:crazyeye: should go back to changing tires.
He can sleep in his office until they scape him off the
                carpet for all I care.

The Redskins maintain their pathetic record against
a hapless Dallas squad that just
happens to have a COACH that
                understands football.
                Motivation, coaching and execution....
Dallas won in all 3 catagories.

You can use all of the excuses you can muster up....
The Washington Redskins...with their stadium full
                of hog-nosed pigs... are losers.

I'll never bet on those losers again.

Boomer on the radio call was constantly bringing up in game decisions during the flow of the game.

                  Points he brought up...

If they are going to pass as much as they did, why not go after the rookie corner during the whole game. He was one on one through the game and was finally exposed late in the game on that long pass. It was too late.

He said all of the Washington staff was most likely not used to the quickness with which the ball is set and the play clock is started. It is much quicker than when Gibbs coached previous and his assistance (Bugle etc) had. This caused all kinds of problems for his team on the field. Confusion and untimely use of TO's.

He said he knew that Dallas would be almost exclusively passing throughout the game, and even in obvious run situations. Parcells would put the game in Vinny's hands. It's something that Washington's staff wasn't totally prepped for.

Why run bootleg plays that weren't conducive for the lefthanded Brunnel. He continuously brought this up during the game. Some of the missed catches were due to how he had to throw on the run in an awkward way.

Gibbs WAS great BACK IN THE DAY, but didn't exploit Dallas' biggest weakness. That is stopping the run. When they did, they had nothing but success. It's my opinion that Gibbs thought he was going to have to score with Dallas to win this game. He let the BETTER COACH dictate the game instead of taking the game to Dallas.

Like I said, he's in over his head. Someone in that division will not make it. Reid is already there, Parcells is unbelievable coach, and Coughlin looks like he is doing pretty well....that leaves Gibbs. We'll see, but I bet he is history after 2005 (he'll quit).
