No-brainer baseball total

I only rarely play baseball totals and won't bet a lot on this one tonight because it somehow seems too easy.

Arizona-Milwaukee UNDER 7 (-135)
or Arizo-Milwa UNDER 6 1/2 (110)

Johnson has been brilliant lately and his team---the D-Backs---CAN't score. Sheets has been very verygood (ERA still under 3.00) and his team has even less offense. Milwaukee just can't score at all. It seems to me the number should actually be 5 or 5 1/2 but isn't because they never post the total that low. What am I missing here???

I took the under at 7 and just went to 6.5. I may be wrong, however, 6.5 is the lowest line this season, it has happened 4 times to my count and is 2-2.
