Anyone know is Mark or Ramsey is starting for Redskins???

I see questionable, then read I the preview they say Ramsey is starting. That means Ramsey is no Mark at all. He had 3 ints and a fumble last week against Giants could be another AJ Feeley.

Does anyone know if Mark playing at all ?
