My vote!!!!

Get rid of the service thread on weekends.

I'm certain many BC veterans would agree. I'm more certain ALL newbies would disagree. The newbies come to this site with no input. They post meaningless threads. There's so many new threads requesting services.

They've rendered this site virtually unusable on weekends. There was no problem connecting today. However, who want's to wade through BS thread after BS thread.

If he bans the service thread, he loses 80% or more of his viewers. Advertising revenue is based on viewers\members. Maybe he should start a pay site for those that don't like it. The only other alternative is to upgrade the server to accomodate the traffic.

Too bad about Thick. He seemed like a nice guy. Just got a little too frustrated, I guess.

I agree. I'm certain he'd never get rid of the service thread. I'd love it if he did.

Here's what troubles me about the ****** situation. There's been more than a few members who've done far worse than Thick has that have never been banned or it took too long for them to be banned.

If they got rid of the service thread then we would have to see 100 threads posted about some dipshit service's GOY. Maybe we should start a "regulars" forum.

'Regulars' forum? TV you're on to something there. You know my feelings about the services. It pains me coming to this site on weekends and seeing all these threads and posts from members with single digit posts. Looking for the quick fix.

must have 100 or more posts to view the service thread...just an idea.....

I'm far from being computer knowledgeable, but what if we stopped the following on weekends...Would this help out at all..

1...Don't post update records...
2...Don't request certain services records..they'll come out anyway..
3...No idle talk...at all...
4..Post only Consensus--service plays--Member or comp
5..Don't waste a post telling us their record...we know...

In essence---not even a thank you for the post---until things slow down....Confine it strictly to PLAYS and their ratings...

Quit asking is this confirmed...creates multiple answers...the inputers give us what they get...

Last season on weekend during football season this site was useless. It was impossible to get on.
