Charlotte is not very good this year - coming off a home win in OT against lowly Houston. Cincy has been playing better ever since huggins threw them out of the locker room. Cincy is coming off a 6 day rest. Charlotte played cincy tough at Cincy, but Cincy is a different team since then.
