Question For You Guys, need help

I have a question for you guys hopefully someone can help. i have a $100 3 team parlay with one team filled(iowa st, finally got a break) i have 2 more slots to fill what would be the best way to fill them and not lose my initial investment for example put $100 on the opposite team i take so if i lose i am still even, but if i win my parlay. i am only down $100 with the potential to win $600. thanks in advanvce.
