YTD: 6-4 -0.5 units
Most plays rated 1* with a few 2*s and one 4* GOY.
Lines based on what I played them at. Plays usually posted early if line move is anticipated.
2* West Virginia -6
WV, underrated, is one of top teams in country. Has major revenge after two blowout losses to Maryland last year. WV RB K-Jay Harris, a Heisman candidate, is questionable and QB Raysheed Marshall is also banged up. This is holding the line down and it will explode upward if they play. Don't sweat it. WV rolls at home with or without injured players.
1* Northwestern-Kansas OVER 59
Missed on a Northwestern OVER last week but I'm coming right back. Kansas put up 63 last week versus Tulsa. Northwestern can move the ball on anybody.
1* Arizona State -1
Disclaimer: I've been going against Iowa for two years and getting killed. That being said, on paper at least, Ariz State is third best team in Pac-10 and Iowa ninth in Big Ten. ASU QB Walter strong at home. Iowa has no offense and won't be able to keep up.
1* Texas A & M +1 1/2
Franchione might have A & M squared away and his second year was the breakout at both TCU and Alabama. Clemson hasn't looked good in its first two. Improving team versus a struggling team and getting a point or two at home.
1* Ohio U. +19 1/2
Miami of Ohio is struggling. Ohio, finally using a passing offense, is on the improve, outgaining Pitt last week and almost pulling the big upset. Miami is playing too poorly to lay nearly 20 points against an improving team.
