yes northcoast is good but they were a lot better before the public JUMPED all over them. NOW im just a little leery of thier plays. i found that the cappers access free plays are pretty DAM good!! and also you got to love ALATEX. and NERI isnt bad either. SPECIAL K. never heard of them. ill check em out. GREG COTE his free picks are awesome also.

No doubt there are services that do quite well and Phile Steele used to be beyond awesome but last 2 years he has been everything but. Although his game of the years in NFL kicked ass again last year. But, you're right he does bust his ass off for picks. I just think he falls in love with teams to much after he does a lot of research and it seems he rides certain teams to long. I cannot believe the start wayne asswipe Root is off to. He is 12-2 to start the season. Might be a good time to fade him although I heard he spent over 3 million over the spring preparing for football with new offices, computers and employees. My guess is people put the pressure on Root cause he has buried people so long and Root knows he better perform this year. Phile Steele has to perform this year as well. Many were lenient last couple years cause he basically won every year before that, but now people won't give him any room for mistakes. He should have gotten his bad years out of the way and should have learned from his past few years of errors. I am still shocked Stu Feiner won his game of the year on Packers. This guy had a game of the year week 1

the only trouble with Phil Steele/ NorthCoast plays is that unless you play his picks the moment they are released, the lines of his games go as much as 3 points against you taking all the value out of the plays.
We saw this in his disastrous pre season NFL plays and in the first few weeks of regular college and pro season.
You can still win the games with the inflated lines, but I can guarantee you will lose a number of them if you play them after the line jumps.

MIKE LEE was clearly the best and most honest handicapper I have ever come across. Unfortunately the Lord decided it was time for Mr. Lee to sit next to him at the dinner table.

Alatex aka Brent Crow is a good handicapper but that sportswireonline web-site through which he sells his picks is very suspicious. Also, last football season there were allegations of Alatex giving out both sides of the game to screw up web-sites like this one.

If I had to pay for one service it would be Bryan Leonard. He is involved with strokes like "Big Al" but I do not hold that against him. Nothing wrong with sharing costs in a business venture. Leonard has always been honest and open and VERY RARELY touts a game as a GOY or GOM like tools such as Big Al do. The times he does pump up a game as a large play he is about 67-70% in my experiences with him. That is extremely respectable for this industry.

Also Ted Sevransky from whocovers.com is very good but again he is tied into that sportswireonline.com clown site. His totals plays are very nice.

Bryan Leonard

He is good and has great contacts across the country. Heard his brother in law was a ig time sports book manager and now an odds maker over seas. Leonard is awesome but I don't trust his info no more since e is tied with Big Al. This was a shame. He sold his soul to the business. But, you're right, he was hitting well above 65% for a very long time in fooball. Something unheard of. Now I don't trust him
