Got off to a nice start this season. Usually I pick out more games in the upcoming weeks, but don't bet really big until the playoffs. I've nailed a couple of games that I think will win this Sunday.
Jax +3 -- 55/50 -- Let others overreact to last week's results. Griffin will get about 80 yards rushing against a much better Jags defense. Denver is not the same on the road, and their defense will have a problem getting to Leftwich. I will also play this one on the ML later this week. Jags win, 26-21.
NE/Ari Under 40.5 -- 77/70 -- I expect another good performance from the Cardinal defense, who in their last two games (including last season's finale), have held the potent offenses of the Vikings and Rams to 17 points each! True, Brady is slightly better than Daunte McNabbpepper and at least a level above Bulger, but look for New England to feature Dillon more this week after opening the game last week with that spread offense. This one will be close, let's say 19-16.
