6:00 Eastern Update
2*Carolina -3 over Green Bay
Tough to fade the Panthers as a -3 point home fav who were 14-6 last season, 7-2 home and represented the NFC in the Super Bowl. Huge home opener for the Panthers, huge TV home opener for the Panthers and a game Carolina wins if they are going to be force in the NFL this season. You can expect 110% effort from Carolina who looks to be stronger this season than last season. Definite statement game tonight for the Carolina.

You are right in that Steele's Monday Night play is ALMOST always a 2* (he's had a couple of MNF 3*s). It's semantics about how he counts it. He keeps Monday Night Plays separate from his regular late phone record unless it's a 3* or above. But you are right in pointing out tonight's game is rated the way he rates virtually all Monday plays.
Bernard: That 100* from Sebastian........What is his rating scale? Is 100* a top play or does he go higher?
