There is no way Lovie and the Bears should be favored. Detroit is much improved and while I think the Lions are likely to win, the three points creates great value against an awful team with a weak coaching staff.

The new rules should help the Rams passing game and Arizona's defense is weak. But the Rams defense is also very poor. Green is a good offensive coach and the team's wide receivers should put points on the board. Look for 65 passes to be thrown in this game, at least---several for touchdowns.
