  • I Found A Play

I will only post a play that I feel very good about which is why my plays are few and far between. I just placed a big wager on the LA Dodgers and this is why.

Atlanta has lost two in a row for just the second time in two months. They have been on fire during the entire two months; however, the past week and a half they are just 6 -6 and have not looked as sharp as they had. This is the right spot for the beginning of a longer losing streak, which is way overdue.

Jaret Wright had his first bad start in nearly two months his last time out and once the string of good starts is broken, that little extra something, more often than not, is missing the next start and another loss is likely. Also, he must be hungover or something during the day because in five afternoon starts this year, his ERA is 8.74. On the other hand Wilson Alverez is 4-1 at home with a 1.51 ERA is his 6 starts. My only concern in the LA closer, who has blown two saves the past week.
    That's it. PFP and GL.

                  I'm Sorry

I don't know what else to say. I hope no one else made to big a play on LA. I was having a great week, now most of my winnings are gone. It was like being in shock watching a pitcher who you knew right away had nothing and kept throwing BP pitches. Just unreal. I could make excuses and reasons why it got so bad but bottom line is I was wrong and I'm sorry. For real.

Thanks guys. I know you are right, in fact I've told GV the same thing when he feels the same way after one of his good picks goes bad. But, it still leaves a bad feeling nevertheless.

Don't worry about it, things like this happens. I took New England over Cincinnati last night with the same feelings and look at what happen. New England would win 9 out 10 times if they played but it was this game it didn't work.
I come to realize that you can have all the information that points really good to a play but theres always one problem, the game is played by humans.
