Why Is This Site Asking Me To Download A File

all of a sudden if im on ie it is asking me to download a file to look at any posts on here right after poer106 posted about the la game being alatexs 20 star.
i dont mean anythign angainst anyone at all i read that post and then i hit refresh and all of a sudden a bunch of scramble came up and then i hit it again and it asked me to download a file from bettorschat.com
is there a reason for this?

same thing happened with me, think it was just a glitch with server update. seems to be ok now.

I cannot read page 3 of the Services threads...wants me to download a "photo viewer" application.

This happened to me too, but I was afraid it was a virus and destroyed. I'm glad I'm not the only one to see this. I have Spybot and it searched and found 7 spyware codes in my computer, so I destroyed them if they did have any viruses.

SORRY ABOUT THAT
but i am running mcafe on my system now cause of the fear of a virus and so far it has came up with one a worm like w32/gaobot.worm and as far as i know it ran late last week and i didnt have any viruses so be carefull if u download anything . i dont knwo what happened but
