Burnett seems to have hit a wall, as is typical for young pitchers like him. After starting off hot, he has given up 19 ER in his last 17.1 IP. Meanwhile, Webb has been one of the biggest disappointments in the NL this year. In his last start, he gave up 7 ER in 5.2 IP against Montreal. His WHIP is a terrible 1.52, and his BB/9 is 5.20, up from 3.39 last year. His K/9 has taken a huge fall, and is at 6.5 (compared to 8.57 last year). He'll put runners on; the only questions is whether the Pittsburgh lineup can bring them in. Two cold pitchers on the mound should equate to some runs being scored.
